2. CUSTOM PRODUCTS & FINAL SALE POLICY

GSDUSA, LLC specializes in custom-made patches, embroidery, and printed goods. Due to the personalized nature of these products:

  • All custom orders are final sale

  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Customers are solely responsible for:

    • Spelling, grammar, and content submitted

    • Uploaded artwork quality and resolution

    • Final approval of designs (if proofs are provided)

3. ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting artwork, designs, logos, or images to GSDUSA, LLC, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the rights or have obtained permission to use the design

  • The design does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights

GSDUSA, LLC is not liable for any intellectual property violations. We reserve the right to refuse any order containing copyrighted, trademarked, or inappropriate material.

4. PRODUCTION & PROCESSING TIMES

  • Production times vary depending on the order and will be stated on the product page or at checkout

  • Production time is separate from shipping time

  • Delays may occur due to high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances

5. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • GSDUSA, LLC is not responsible for shipping carrier delays

  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued for defective or incorrect items

  • Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

  • Approved claims will be resolved at our discretion

8. PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Due to the nature of embroidery, printing, and screen displays:

  • Colors may vary slightly from digital previews

  • Minor variations in placement, stitching, and size may occur

These variations are not considered defects.

9. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Full payment is required before production begins

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in order cancellation and refusal of future service

10. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

GSDUSA, LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Offensive or inappropriate content

  • Suspected fraud

  • Trademark or copyright concerns

11. USE OF PRODUCT IMAGES

We reserve the right to photograph and use completed orders for marketing, advertising, and portfolio purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GSDUSA, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, United States.
