At GSDUSA LLC, all products are custom-made or made-to-order. Please review our policy carefully before purchasing.

 

RETURNS

 

We accept returns on eligible (non-custom) items within 7 days of delivery.

 

To be eligible for a return:

·  Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

·  Item must be returned in original packaging

·  Proof of purchase is required

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

·  Custom or personalized items

·  Made-to-order apparel or designs

·  Items marked “final sale”

 

RETURN SHIPPING

·  Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

·  Original shipping fees are non-refundable

 

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS

 

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

·  Contact us within 7 days of delivery

·  Include photos of the issue

·  We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion

 

REFUNDS

 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
